1. All returns must be received back at our offices no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
2. All items returned shall be consumables only. No returns of books, DVD’s or any printed material will be excepted.
3. No returns on powder products if opened.
4. Returned UNOPENED items will receive full credit less a 15% restocking fee.
5. HerbsCanCleanse.com allows a 30 day grace period from receipt of product, for return for partial credit with the following restrictions.
a) Unopened product, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
b) Opened product with less than 10% used, receives a 15% use fee.
c) Product returned with more than 10% used receives a 50% handling fee.
6. All credits will be issued within 45 days of date of return.
7. Damaged items shall receive no credit and returned to the sender.
8) No returns on sale items.
