Suggested Usage:
One to Two Tablespoons per day (or as advised by you health care practitioner), Add to and drink or smoothie, sprinkle on and mix with foods for extra nutrition and flavor. Use for thickening ad Lecithin will thicken anything it is added to (allow ten or more minutes for full thickness). Also adds a nice creamy flavor. Add to other super food products that do not already have lecithin added such as Vitamineral Green.
